I've spent my career working across education, leadership, and people operations — supporting students, teachers, leaders, and teams in real, fast-moving environments.
I started in the classroom, moved into academic leadership, and later into HR and people operations, where I supported over 1,000 employees in complex organizations. Across every role, one thing stayed consistent — I've always been the person people rely on to bring structure, clarity, and steady support when things feel overwhelming.
I created Elevate AP Group to bring that same level of thoughtful, hands-on support to more people — whether that's helping a student build confidence, supporting a school in strengthening instruction, or helping a professional or business get organized and moving forward again.

Started in the classroom teaching Grades 5–12, then grew into leading 30+ faculty and 300+ students at Faith Christian Academy — developing deep fluency in how schools work, how students learn, and what families really need.
